Overview

Creator Publishing Operations is an internal tool used by authorized operators to manage owner-controlled creator channels. This policy explains how the tool handles data accessed through Google and YouTube APIs.

Data We Access

When an authorized operator connects a Google account, the tool may access the minimum data needed for publishing and channel operations, including:

How We Use Data

We use this data only to operate the owner's publishing workflow, manage video metadata, publish approved videos, verify publishing status, and review aggregate channel performance. The tool does not sell data, profile viewers, or provide channel data to third-party users.

Google API Data

The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The tool also follows the YouTube API Services Developer Policies and Google's Privacy Policy. OAuth credentials and refresh tokens are stored only in the private runtime environment used by authorized operators and are not committed to source control.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade Google user data. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers only as needed to host or operate the internal workflow. We do not expose channel data to public users.

Retention and Revocation

Operational records are retained only as long as needed for publishing audit, troubleshooting, and channel operations. Authorized users can revoke app access from their Google Account permissions page at any time.

Authorized users may request deletion of Google or YouTube API data by contacting team@aix4u.com. After a verified request, data that is not required for active publishing records, security, audit, or legal obligations will be deleted or anonymized. If access is revoked, the tool stops using the revoked Google account for future API requests.
